TOPIC: Panel separation

Panel separation 15 years 3 months ago #17422

Hopefully this makes sense :D I want to know if I can add a seperation line between panel comments. For instance: Section - Driveway, Materials: Concrete, Observations: In good shape. How do I put a blank line between the materials and observations sections? I hope I explained my question clearly.

Thank you,

Hi Troy,

You could add a blank narrative and add it to the end of your black comments. I'm guessing you're using a bulleted list as there's already a space automatically in between the rest. We could add it into a future version but it would need to be an option as some people would be opposed to the extra pages in the report it would create (you'd be adding about 2 pages to the average report).

Also it is easy to add different font or color to those panels which helps to separate them.

I am getting ready to start a new template with all materials together in their own section just so they are not distracting me from the real report (defects) :)

When doing large reports it may be much better that way ,and how bad do clients really need you to tell them that the door is wood....hahaha.
