TOPIC: Duplex Residential Report

Hi guys, I just finished a "Duplex Residential" template. I need to thank Dom for all of his help and suggestions in getting this done. Any feed back would be appreciated and feel free to modify it to suit your own needs.

Looks great! When you get a chance, post a copy of a PDF of the report, even if it's blank. It helps the guys see what you made without having to download and load the tpz. Also , documents aren't included in the tpz so they can copy any directly from the PDF if they'd like.

Nice template. I posted a blank report to see what it would look like. 62 pages continuously with no photos or Docs. This could easily be 75 pages all inclusive. I've never done a duplex, but for a report this large I would need to think about what I would charge.

Hey Drew, thanks for the PDF.

One suggestion Robert. Rename the pages Unit 1: Ktichen, Unit 2 Kitchen so its' easier to discern between the two. This will make it easier when choosing where the photo goes as well. I'd also reorder the pages so that the sections in each duplex are the same.

Drew, Robert has 4 bedroom's & 4 bathrooms which is making it quite a bit longer. Most duplex's won't be that large so quite a few of those pages will disappear.

Here is a PDF for the Duplex Residential template. Look it over and let me know what you think. I'm still ironing some of the bugs out.

Looks good. It's amazing a different font size can do to the number of pages too. With content you're only at 44 pages.
