TOPIC: porch/deck

It was like 5 mins from my house. Needed alot of work though every where I looked rotted wood man oh man cedar shake roof was just about done and the former owner took the sump pump ot and the basement floode ruining about $10,000 in hardwood

I take it back.  On a golf course?  That, around here, is over $1mil.

Ahh, so they probably ripped down the old deck and built a new one on their own. Got it.

The old owner even took almost all the plumbing fixtures and light fixtures. The house has not been taken care of very good for years and some bad additions did not help. It is going to need a new roof, new siding,new windows and doors. It did have good bones. Dom You should have picked it up you could invite all of us over. LOL

I agree.  It didn't look that heavy anyway.
