TOPIC: EIFS Statement/Disclaimer

Does anyone have a good EIFS statement and/or disclaimer to insert in a report where there’s  EIFS  (synthetic stucco) covering on a home?

Serge:  I don't have a separate statement or agreement.  EIFS is part of my inspection.  If you don't have expertise or an EIFS moisture meter (or IR camera) I would suggest you put a line in your overall agreement that the client should contact an EIFS specialist for specific understanding, information or inspection.
