I wasn't to concerned about the proper name for the room.  I think I called it the toilet room.  8)

Update:

The 2011 NEC definition reads as follows:

"Bathroom. An area including a basin with one or more of the following: a toilet, a urinal, a tub, a shower, a bidet, or similar plumbing fixtures."

Anything with no shower or tub is a .5
