I noticed high moisture readings on drywall at the tops of interior windows of a 10 year old unoccupied house in humid Gulf coast. Good condition overall. mild temperature 65-75 ambient with similar outside weather. Humidity levels in home average to low for our humid conditions.
Readings 35-75+ while every where else is 0. Is this due to flashing or different materials around window tops and corresponding condensation?
