Home buyer's are still being scared when they hear about UFFI.
I received a call from a realtor who has a listing with UFFI that had an inspection for a potential buyer in which the inspector rightly pointed out it had UFFI.
I am not sure how the info was presented to the buyer, but they were given a copy of a report from the 80's that stated there was UFFI , but air tests show normal levels.
We all know that the offgas was years ago and there would be no issue with offgassing today unless the uffi gets wet.
How do you handle nervous buyers other than providing literature about it from in my case CHMC in Canada

Jim,  I don't know about you...but I'm not in the nervous buyer quelling business.  I'm in the inspection business, which doesn't include selling homes.  Not insinuating that you aren't...but we present the facts, let the buyer decide what they're comfortable with!  Just my $0.02...:)

I'm not in the "nervous buyer quelling business" either but I am aware that simply stating that the house has UFFI may cause unwarranted concern so I do explain the pros and cons of UFFI.
Jim, I think that providing material from CMHC is a very good way of providing your client with information.
