TOPIC: My Funniest Inspection Ever

I had a similar thing happen here a while back, Hindu client as I recall, backed out of the deal after the inspection because the house faced the wrong direction. There was also something about being able to see the back door from the front door, which meant all your money would go as quickly as it came, or something like that.

I don't know, crazy stuff, but gives me an Idea...become well versed in Feng Shui, and offer it as an ancillary service! "Would you be requiring a Radon test or Termite? How about a Feng Shui inspection for only $75?"

Bryan - there are people here who do a Feng Shui analysis on houses!  They charge a whole lot more than $75!!  It is a big deal.  It includes your house numbers - they like for the numbers to end in an upward direction - like 13135 or something like that.  A downward trend is bad luck.

What a wonderfully funny story buddy. I wonder if the 4 is the street number or the house number. 

April, for feng shui I think the house numbers are the only relevant ones.  The street number may have significance, but, hey, I don't know!

In vegas they buried a bible in the concrete footing when they build the house.
