TOPIC: Using the contract feature in home inspector pro.

Hello all,
I have been using the iternachi contact service that allows my customers to initial online. But this is one more step in the processing of a client. Does any use the contract agreement in the hip software, not the verbiage but the service? If so how does it work ? When you send the report if they don't sign then they have no recourse? If they do is it legally binding.

HIP creates a PDF for your client to sign unless you have it via our website hosting where they can sign online. Many of our users also use ISN to automate everything.

The contract goes out with the report separate?

Yes, it has to be given to the client before the inspection to be signed or it's not legally valid.
