TOPIC: HOA Reserve Study/Property Condition Assessments

Does anyone have experience providing these services?  What is the best fee structure?  Got an opportunity to look at approximately 200 units, exterior only.  Thanks!

I didn't do a "reserve study" exactly, but I did an inspection on a clubhouse within an HOA community and then that turned into a handful of maintenance inspections for local residents.  Does the HOA reserve fund actually cover the exteriors of all of the homes?
