TOPIC: Hello All

My name is Drew Levy. I am new to the Home Inspection community as I am still a student. I should be finishing my classroom and mentoring in late January of '09 and hopefully finish all my licensing requirements by March '09 depending on the state of NJ. I am an Internachi member and have HIP as a report program. My website which is under construction, is Homespectllc.com and hosted by HIP.

I have been a Union Carpenter for 27 years and did a 5 year stint as a residential GC ending in 2007. I chose home inspection as a retirement job (in 10 yrs. I'll be 55) and enjoy it so much that I plan to do it part-time as a income supplement and if it takes off, full-time. Currently, I am a project Superintendent for a company that builds commercial buildings out of the ground, mostly bank branch locations and small to mid-size retail and healthcare buildings.
