TOPIC: Changing report

I've been doing inspection for 6 years now and have never been asked by a realtor and client to remove things from my report because the bank wants the report and they do not want the bank to see some of the items. Just getting some thoughts. The report is for the clients, but it feels like fraud to me.

That's exactly what it is and it makes you responsible.  Tell them no.

I already have, it just caught me off guard. I was almost in shock. Good to be back on, it has been a while. I have been very busy, no time to do anything but work.

The agent is excited about closing their deal. Just explain why you can't do that and how you'd be opening yourself up to a lawsuit if the issue was found later.
