TOPIC: Newsletter

I am using the report upload service to send to agents so the can get a feel of the service. I am attaching gift checks and newsletter to each agents email.

I am also printing to take to various offices.

My next attempt to create business is to focus on Home maintenance and energy inspections. First I need to obtain my training on thermal imaging. I was thinking of purcashing post cards and do a bulk mail to my city of residence.

I am trying everything I know to create business.

David just keep track of what works and what doesn't.  Also keep track of how much your spending.  You don't want to end up spending 75% of your inspection fee's on advertisements and realize your not making any money.  Its all common  sense stuff. 

What are the gift checks for?  Are they for discounts on inspections?  I'm just curious on how they are benefiting you and what kind of gifts they are for.

I'm also very curious to know how much the bulk mail thing costs you and how well it works!!!

The bulk mail is to try to reach the homeowner in attempt to do home maintenance, consulting. This would be my first attempt at a bulk mail.

I really dont like to discount my services, but during the slower months I do recieve numerous inspections that I may other wise not be doing.

This time I added an experation date.

Yeah I don't know what everyone is doing with mine.  I haven't had good luck with any of the fliers, coupons or business cards that I've handed out to Realtors.  They just haven't brought in the calls like I thought they would.  So far the jobs I've had came from people I know or my website.  And that's saying something because my site still has low rankings.  But I know its movin up!!!
