I have the 2009 IBC to reference. I understand building code issues generally aren't under the purvey of a typical home inspection
but many times it's nice to reference items. Rather than perusing 700+ pages all the time, does anyone have or know of a shorter list that contains items relevant to a typical home inspection. I'm just beginning to make one myself. Thanks |

Robert, I have Code Check Complete. Great Book easy to find what you need. Broken down for Building, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC with index and glossary at the front of each section. It gives you the code it is referencing and has alot of images/ charts, etc. I got it at one of the large chain book stores. 40 bucks.
