In case you have ever heard from a home inspector that he's seen everything, you will never hear that from me. I see new stuff all the time!

Take the hose bib outside this dining room bay window, for instance.

It is a full 13' from the patio below. It would be hard to reach standing on a basic 6' step ladder!

I'm not sure what the people use it for. They have a koi pond in the yard, just above this picture. There is a hose bib there that can be used for the back yard.

Good thing!

For sure the hose is usable though. There are some very nice plants in the dining room. Using this hose saves the pesky trip into the kitchen for water!

My recommendation: when you buy a house, check the hose height. You may be in for a surprise!
