TOPIC: Manufacturer's Defect

I go out periodically, but haven't had time to see this house yet.  They have been in it about 4 months.

If that's a 3/8" or 1/2" engineered wood floor...I wonder if the brother in law glued it down or tried to lay it as a floating installation?

Unknown Drew.  I suggested that they have a local flooring company come by to analyze what was done and what it would take to make it right.  I haven't heard, but will report when I know!
