TOPIC: Presentation

I have been asked by the Men's Club at my church if I would give a presentation about home inspections. They would like it to be 30-45 minutes for about 100 people. Does anyone have a power point presentation? I have never made a PP presentation; is it difficult to make one?. I thought why reinvent the wheel if I could borrow some elements.

Go to Nachi's business success page. There are some PP's that the Chicago chapter created for member use. There are several of them. You can edit them to suit your needs. I think they were originally for Realtor presentations.

What a great opportunity Mike!  I have never done a PP presentation, but they go over big.  Or maybe a bunch of home inspection gallery photos with explanations of why an experienced home inspector is the key to a good home inspection.

Mike, in my opinion, with the defect pics, there is a key. Try to use defect pics that are NOT self explanatory. Use ones that will need some explanation, this will not only give you topics to talk about, it shows them WHY homes need to be inspected, and why they should recommend YOU. Just my two cents worth.
