While I've not inspected one yet, the corn burners are big up here.  Basically the same as a pellet stove, but burns corn.  The farmers (of course) love it...but like pellets, corn is pretty spendy to burn!  I have trouble burning something that can be used as food!  :)

Oh I know that one...I refuse to use "E85"...should just buy a diesel, really get the good, hard stuff!

The irony is that the farmers in poorer countries can make a few dollars by selling corn (or other grains and straw etc) to be used as fuel so the rest of the population, which is just as poor or poorer, has even less food available.
