Inland housing supply surges looks like the banks are reducing the backlog of pending foreclosures.

I've been looking around in La Verne and Claremont lately and things are still extremely expensive there and there's very few homes. The banks must be holding the homes there or there just are none!

Even if you are not looking at a REO property or a short sale if the banks let loose of enough inventory prices will drop across the board.

Boise area has stabilized and started to increase in value slightly, but the outlying town are still dropping. I guess if you can get a good price on a home closer to city center is where the action is.
