Anyone working on labor day? I have one inspection, and the client had asked me if I was doing inspections on labor day, so I thought I would ask what the rest are doing.

I'll be inspecting a 5800'sf structure in Laguna Niguel, CA...  It looks to be in very good condition from the listing information.  But as we all know, looks can be deceiving.

It is amazing the difference between the agents pics and the inspectors pics. They get far enough away to hide the defects, and we get as close as possible to enhance the defects.

Wow...my wife was just commenting about "where do you get almost 6000 sq. ft. in a house on 0.26 acres?"  She's jealous about me living there w/ my girlfriends...;D

Hey, that's a big lot here in Laguna Niguel.  We normally fit 3 houses or 8 condo's on a lot that size:)
