1. What state are you in: California- Central Valley, merced, modesto, manteca, tracy, stockton and every where in between.
2. Looking at the AVERAGE price per inspector in your area, what is their price per square foot (divide your price by square footage to get):$6 per sq ft
3. How much extra for a crawlspace:$50
4. How much extra for a pool:$50
5. How much extra for a radon inspection:not applicable
6. How much extra for a termite inspection:$120
7. How far are you willing to drive before charging extra:35 miles
8. How much would you charge to drive outside that range: $.50 cents per mile

I think you figured your price wrong. We all wish we could make $6 per SQFT on our inspection! lol
