TOPIC: Company Info Deleted

Hello,
I'm a newbie to HIP. So far so good in setting up a customized template. I've noticed that my company information (license #address,phone #"s,etc.) are deleting off the template after I generate a test report. I input the info and save template but it still deletes. Does the company info have to be typed in on each inspection report?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Steve,

No the information automatically saves, you don't even need to save the template. If you had entered it before loading your license then it would have been erased when you loaded your permanent license (the company info is saved in the license file). Start the program back up and see if it's there. If not, click on live chat on the site so I can look at your computer and see what's up.
