One other thing you could do is rename C:\Program Files\Home Inspector Pro\Data\Contract.xml to other names like Mold_Contract.xml. Then before you open up the program, make a copy and rename it Contract.xml. That will cover you for now. Check this box to be notified of replies to this topic.
