TOPIC: HIP Mobile Restarting / Camera Shutting Down

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro / SM-T540.

Here are the issues:

I use the camera separate from HIP, when I go to take a video or pic the camera shuts down and the HIP restarts. I tried using HIP camera feature, it restarts the HIP program as well. I can use the camera by itself and I can use HIP by itself, but not together.

All software is up to date. Camera software is up to date. I regularly restart the device.

Anyone else having these issues?

Give the office a call at 888-750-4777 or click Live Chat and they can walk you through finding what the cause is. I'm guessing as the device is now 4 years old it's likely running low on memory. It could also be an old version of HIP, old operating system that needs updating, specific image quality, etc.
