TOPIC: Phone or Ipad?

Hey guy's, I'm looking into start using HIP on my phone or I-pad along with mobile upload cloud service. For those who have tried one or the other, I would appreciate some suggestions based on they're experience? I'm still old school and using my desktop for the complete inspection report, it's time to start saving some of my time for my grand children.

I use a phone. It's nice to be able to put in my pocket when doing things like climbing around in an attic, crawl space, etc. I can pull it out to take pics, add comments, etc when needed. I haven't used an ipad during an inspection, but would think it's too big and cumbersome.
