TOPIC: Ratings boxes

I am having trouble with changing the name of the fifth ratings box (usually called None) in the program. I would rename it, save the template and when I re-open it the top four would be renamed and the last one would still be None. Is anyone else having this problem? Maybe a bug in my program or computer.  ???

Hi Drew,

You need to click on another box after changing it before clicking done. It's how the program knows something has changed. It's something that should be updated but has been low on the priority list.

I tried that .... it doesn't work.....guess I'll just have to live with it

As long as you click on another box before clicking okay, it will stay removed. Also make sure to Save Template.
