TOPIC: Sections in wrong order

Sections in wrong order 15 years 8 months ago #8838

Hey guys,

I just published a report and the sections are not in the order I put them in while in edit template. My scope is at the end of the report and I want it at the beginning.

Also I would like to control when the word materials is used in the selection areas.

Any help will be appreciated.

Jon, open your template and go to report settings> Selection Colors & Print order. There will be all of your sections in the order they will print. You can move them up and down and change color of the headings similar to template editing. I'm not sure which words you want to control per your description. If you could explain a little more, I can probably help.

Jon, I re-read your post and if you open your template and click edit documents then drop down lists (select doc.) and after you select a doc. then you can select which section you want it to appear before. Use the check box if you want the document to be part of the selected section. I hope this makes sense, it is easier to do than explain.
