TOPIC: What template do Florida guys use

I bought the program a few years ago but have not used it yet. is there a specific program you Florida guys use? I guess I have been reluctant to start playing with this due to the setup.

The default template works very well in Florida. No matter where you are though many guys make changes to fit their personal tastes.
