TOPIC: Importing an inspection into mobile app from ISN

I'm a new user and I'm trying to import an inspection that I have scheduled with my ISN account into the mobil HIP app so I can start the inspection

Enter the info under Settings and import under the client Info tab on Mobile.

OK, now that I've got the inspection information, what next? .... when I choose the 'Inspect' tab I get a blank page ... then when I go back to the 'Client Info' tab I have to connect to ISN again to see the client and inspection information. If I go to the 'Manage' tab I have to type in an address for the inspection.... shouldn't it know the address that I've just downloaded from ISN already?

You need to create the inspection before importing from ISN. So, go to Manage and create the inspection using whatever file name technique you like. Then you can import the ISN information under Client Info and continue the inspection.
