Hello everyone I cant get the report to be generated Did the usual program says report generated but adobe wont open and report is damaged if i go to docs to open. Using HIP for many years Did nothing new prior to problem Read info in trouble shoot section and did everything Still nothing. Any ideas Thanks

Delete Adobe Reader. Reinstall Adobe Reader. See if that helps.

Windows 10 and Adobe are not playing well together depending on the updates for both parties. About every other month I cannot open multiple PDF's at the same time until one or the other programs has been updated. Pain in the butt cause you never know when it is going to happen. In the mean time, just make sure no other PDF's are open when you go to generate the report. Good luck.
