TOPIC: Change Company Name in HIP

I need to change the company name in HIP. How do I go about? Thank you in advance.

Contact Dom or the help desk. They have to create a new activation file for you with the new name.

Give us a call or send a support ticket in, with the new company name and we'll get the new license sent out to you.

I would guess the inability to change the company or inspector name is due to licencing and worrying an ex-employee is ripping off your report software to start his own company.

We price per inspector so, unless it's an employee license, the inspector name can not be changed.
However, if you purchase your own license but, contract with different companies or are part of more than one firm, we are more than happy to issue out a separate license as long as the inspector's name remains the same.
