TOPIC: access to HIP account

I just hired another inspector. He will have HIP mobile and needs access to the cloud. Are there any security precautions I should take or just give the password to the account. Seems like the only thing at risk is inspections that are currently in the cloud.
Any advise or thoughts on this would be appreciated.

Every inspector requires their own, separate cloud account. If you don't want to set it up with their email address you can take your email address, i.e. This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and change it to anthony+1@gmail.com. Anything after the + is ignored, the email goes to you and it allows you to register separately. It's just like adding a Unit # onto your home address to find out where that junk mail is really coming from!
