TOPIC: Using drop down list in HIP Mobile

Does anyone know how to use the drop down list in the mobile app, or do you have to add the comment and then change it once you've downloaded the report to the computer?

If using iOS, the drop down list options should come up when you click on the stored template narrative that you have created when creating the template. Click on the pencil icon (edit icon). List should come up at the bottom.

You must first create a comment/narrative on the desktop for that section in a template that you create and upload to the cloud.
On Desktop version:
Open a template. Select "Edit Comments" at the top, on left hand sidebar click "Add", Type your comment. For where you want to add a drop down list, you must click "Insert List", click on the list of locations/components you want to add. If you haven't made any lists, or want to add another, click on "Edit Lists" in the comment box. Name and create your list. Add the list as above.

Now upload your new template to the cloud, download it on the mobile device and open the template. When you click on that added comment now, your drop down list should pop up.
