TOPIC: 4.7.28 for Android Released

* Fixed issue with Samsung Tab A and the Settings tab.

HIP Android updated this weekend automatically on my Galaxy S5 Active along with some other apps. Now chip readers for Square or PayPal will not connect. Connecting earbuds does not allow sound through earbuds. No icon for device connected to headphone jack. I installed SoundAround to check for bad earphone jack and there are no issues when with earbuds using that app.
Anyone else noted any issues?

Found the issue and the problem is now resolved. The issue was with another app and not with HIP.

I'm glad you figured it out. HIP can't affect anything outside itself. I'm curious though, what program was causing your issues?

Apparently it was one of the AT&T "bloatware" apps, looked at what apps updated last week, started out disabling some apps that I rarely use. I disabled 2 or 3 of the AT&T apps and the problem resolved. I have been meaning to ditch the AT&T stuff as it never gets used.
