TOPIC: Client Info page

How do you delete or hide fields from showing up in the cover page of the report. I just signed up with ISN and would like the following fields from showing up on the report cover page, Age of Home, Size, Inspection Fee, Weather.
I know I can delete the data once imported into HIP but I want to avoid that step if possible.

I honestly don't think there is a way to completely delete those fields, but I know there is a way to edit them. I know editing wasn't your question, but what I'm saying is that I think if there is a way to edit those fields there must be a way to delete them.... I think. Honestly your best bet is going to be to contact customer support. They're really really good at getting back to you promptly and really good at guiding you with whatever it is that you need. Sorry if this post didn't help. Usually if you don't put anything in those fields, they won't pop up in the report.

Thanks Dave, you are right in that if they are left blank they do not show. But when using ISN some of the fields are required and now show up when you download client/ property info.

I'll give the live chat line a go and see what they say.

Dave: For future reference, there is not a way to do this but it may be an option when HIP 5.0 comes out later this year.

Correct. This is something that's been asked for lately and we do have it on our todo list.
