My hard drive died, but luckily I had all my templates on my windows tablet as well. After getting a new hard drive I transferred over the whole file to the new computer, but nothing is showing up when I try to open a template. The template files are there but the descriptions are blank in HIP. I tried to open an old .hzf file but nothing came up. I tried both Program Files and Program Files (x86) as locations for the folder, but I can't figure this out. I've rebooted the computer and even re-copied the HIP folder from the tablet - same results. The only screen that comes up is the client info page. My company info and client list show up when I click on them, but none of the templates do. Any thoughts or help?

Have you tried to download the HIP program directly from HIP to the new computer, then transfer the files into the folders of the just downloaded program? Just a thought.

YES! That seemed to do the trick, Steve. It's funny but I woke up thinking of re-installing and then I saw your post and knew that was the way to go. I'm glad I was able to find my license file in my old emails - it was from a couple of years ago. I have to head out to an inspection, but I hope this will work when I get back to finish the report. I'll keep you updated.
