TOPIC: Bug in the new update of HIP mobile

I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this, but HIP mobile keeps crashing on me when I go to choose "list" in the drop down menus. Dom are you aware of this? And if so is there a fix coming soon?

I have the samsung galaxy s5 and it is doing the same for me.

Yeah I have the Note5 and the tablet. It first did it on my Note5 and then thought if I switched devices it would work, but it didn't. It crashed at the same exact spot. Hopefully this gets resolved soon.

Yet another reason why I choose to go with HIP rather than any other inspection software. Customer service is outstanding!! So I chose to call today and ask about this bug that I was encountering with the mobile app of HIP. Spoke to Jason who was more than helpful and he guided me as to what the possible problem might be!!

@William,
If you are still experiencing the problem with HIP crashing on you with lists drop down menus, Just got to that list in the edit portion and delete it. Then redo it and there you go..... Problem fixed... Well at least thats what worked for me

Again thank you to Jason for helping fix that problem and I'm so thankful I chose HIP as my inspection software...

Thanks David for helping the other guys out! If you're getting this it could be due to a blank narrative in the list giving null value. You can try just deleting the blank and reading it. If one of you can email me your template with the exact spot it's happening I'd appreciate it so we can make sure to doesn't crash no matter what.
