Talk me thru this, because I am loathe to sign up my clients for what amounts to is monthly spam. I'm new to this so for those that use it or have used it, tell me about your experience.

HON is a tool for your clients to use to ask questions about their house on. They can take photos or videos, type a question and get a quick response on how to resolve the issue. Create an account for yourself as a client so you can check it out and see what it's about.

Any inspectors have any stories to share?

After signing up, I had to decline after trying to go thru their agreement. I didn't even know what I was signing up for after reading through it. I'd need a lawyer to get through it all.
