Hi. You told me before how to back up my templates and when I went to do it the templates want to open as a Kindle program. ? One one computer I have Kindle and it wouldn't open, my other computer does not have Kindle and it still ? says it is a Kindle program. ? I tried to open it with every application that it offered and still could not open the templates. If I still back them up, will they still be available. The Kindle thing throwing me off. ? Thanks for any advice.

Hi Gary,
You shouldn't be opening the templates with anything but Home Inspector Pro. When you need to restore them you'd copy them to the Data folder of a new copy of HIP |

Hi. Sorry if I'm being slow here... I did all the steps you said and got my templates onto a stick. I went to my other computer and put the stick in and went to the HIP data file and copied them. But when I opened Inspector Pro software and open a template, they weren't there. Am I missing a step, I printed up the directions and did it several times.
