TOPIC: Running HIP as Admininstrator

Greetings:

The topic seems to have been addressed (in part) earlier, I had to load my license in by running HIP as admin.

I'm now realizing to use the program at all I always need to run as admin, not as user.
I'd like to use application level software as a user and not run with elevated privileges.
Just curious if this is possible, as I'm a new user I may be missing something.
