Not receiving confirmation of report uploaded or read 8 years 11 months ago #62320

I no longer receive either confirmation of my reports being uploaded to the HIP server or when the client views the report. Email address should be up to date...

Use the online chat feature at the link at the top right of the page.  You will get a quicker response and if there is a problem, they can handle it.

Alton, it's more than likely sitting in your spam folder. Check there. Also click on Account Information on our home page and make sure your email is listed correctly there.
