TOPIC: Video in HIP mobile

I use a Note 4. I cannot take video in the mobile app and have it play video in the PDF report. Has anyone else experienced this. I keep coming back to it every now and then playing with it trying to figure out what I may be doing wrong.

For now I just take video with the phone and upload to Dropbox and then put in report. Maybe I need a different camera application, I'm not sure.

For those using video in the app have you experienced any issues?

I'm using the Note 4 too which makes that so odd. Are you sure you're not using a 3rd party camera app?

Do me a favor. Zip up an entire inspection directory on the mobile device and send it to me. I want to load it directly onto my Note 4.
