Hello, my computer crashed today and I am currently restoring HIP on the desktop. I have saved all of the templates to the HIP cloud to transfer them to the mobile device. I thought that this would allow me to transfer them back to the desktop in the event of a crash like I had today but I cannot seem to figure out how to retrieve them. Could anybody help me with this or are my templates gone?

Then open the inspection and click Save Template. That will restore that template to your machine. Check this box to be notified of replies to this topic. Note: BBcode and smileys are still usable.
