TOPIC: Hip mobile on a Galaxy Note 5

I deleted all templates and inspections on phone, uninstalled app and reinstalled app. Now my photo editing disappears on the 2nd photo.

Ouch, the issue could definitely be that you're using HIP 3.9. HIP 4 added quite a few features that will not work with HIP Mobile. Try getting the trial of HIP 4 at least and send your template from there. See if it makes a difference. Give the office a call to get some help if it doesn't.

OK, I deleted my template from the cloud. I downloaded hip 4.1 , deleted all inspections in hip mobile and uninstalled hip mobile from my Note 5, reinstalled Hip mobile and downloaded my template to my phone using HIp 4.1. Pictures still stop allowing editing and don't even appear in the edit screen. This happens at about the 4th pic. Also, I closed that inspection on the phone and started another inspection and no pictures show up in the edit mode just as if I had never started the inspection. It's as if the Ram memory continued on to the next inspection.

Another peculiarity, if I remain in the 1st section that I started taking pics I seem to be able to add an unlimited number of pics without any issues in editing. As soon as I get to about 4 sections into the template with an inspection in each section the editing shuts down.

Also curious about this phone issue as I'm about to move to the Note 5, but do not want to move into a phone with known problems.

I've done about everything I can do to get mine working right with not success. Even went through a galaxy 5 camera fix processs that didn't help. I'm at my 14 day return limit so it looks like I will be taking my phone back, maybe try an I phone or go back to using my Note 2.

Gary have you tried using HIP 4 yet? Your templates are being made with HIP 3.9 which is almost 2 years old now.
