TOPIC: Hip mobile on a Galaxy Note 5

Having trouble with pictures on my new Note 5.  Pictures disappear in edit mode and today the pics would not download from the cloud with the inspection. After merging inspection the photos didn't carry over. Thinking I'm gonna have to take this phone back and try to get a refund. Any one else having issues. 

Make sure you turn your resolution down by clicking on the gear icon in the camera app. It should be around 3 or 5MP. If it's too high it'll start eating up system memory.

Yes I tried that. Lowered resolution down to 2. Functionality lasted a little longer but soon pic editing was lost. Also, I downloaded 3 templates from my cloud and only 1st template works. Gonna try deleting the 2 templates that don't work.

Tried deleting 2 templates.  Pic editing stopped by the 10th pic. I noticed I have 1 gig of ram to work with. System has 1.7 gigs.

That's plenty of memory. Try completely deleting all templates, uninstalling the app and reinstalling. I have the Note 4 and use it every day for testing without any issues at all. We have lots using the Note 5 without issues either.

What version of HIP do you have on the desktop by the way?

Using version 3.9.  Also, how much free smart phone ram do you recommend.
