We've seen this before and had inspectors switch to HIP because of this. The clients want a Word file so they can modify the inspection report and then ask for something you didn't comment on. The PDF's are a locked PDF and Check this box to be notified of replies to this topic. Note: BBcode and smileys are still usable.
