TOPIC: Leave things out of report not inspected

Hello, just wondering if there was a way to generate a report without showing things that are n/a    You know, things that are on the template for when the come up but rarely do.

Sure. Go to Report Settings->Options->Item Options and uncheck "Print Items even if there's no comments." Also, don't check N/A, leave nothing checked if you want it dropped.

Don't forget to proofread your report BEFORE you uncheck the box.  That keeps you from forgetting to put something in your report.
