With most cameras today having built in wi-fi, why not make it possible to link HIP to a wi-fi camera instead of the mobile device camera? Let's face it, with a couple of exceptions all mobile devices have cameras that are marginal at best. To be clear, this would give you the option of using a quality stand alone camera in place of the mobile device camera.
A good camera should have at least 20X optical zoom and a very good flash. 2 things you just aren't going to find on any mobile device. That would be the best of both worlds. Mobile devices are just that and - oh yeah, it has a crappy camera with no optical zoom and a weak flash. The Samsung is a good camera, but - it has a small crappy Android screen too. Bottom line is the best cameras are stand alone cameras, and the best mobile devices are good mobile devices with marginal cameras and no optical zoom. |

I'm not sure if you understood my question. I know you can wifi a camera to your device, most cameras these days have wifi built in already.
But can you use the wifi camera to take a picture directly into the photo field that you want, like you can with your device android / ipad built in camera? Thank you |

No, you'd have to click add photo and select it. There isn't any way possible to do it direct as the camera would need to have software to allow that.
