TOPIC: Template changes

All changes I make to a report template are lost when I download a report from the cloud. For instance, while doing a report for a morning client I made a few changes in the report. When I download the second inspection from the cloud, all of my first changes are gone.
Am I missing a step somewhere?

Yes, I do click on "save template and inspection" several times during this process

Unless you download the latest template with changes to your mobile device, then perform the inspection with new template, your changes will not be seen. Every time you upload an inspection to the cloud, that inspection uses whatever template was on mobile device, not PC. Every time you make template changes, you have to update template on mobile device. If you did 2 inspections in the same day even if you made changes to one of the templates in mobile the device the other inspection will not reflect the changes.

So, don't make changes to the template or they will get over written during the next report download. Got it.

You can make changes to the template you just need to make sure that if you do you upload the new template to the cloud by going to Mobile Sync then hitting Browse... and then select the new template and hit upload. On the mobile side download it and use it for all future reports.
