I have the home inspector pro software on my iphone and my ipad. Software works fine on my ipad. However, I was able to log onto my account on my ipad, but I don't seem to be able to create an inspection on my iphone. I am able to upload templates, but even though I chose a template and enter a name on the report name line, when I click the create button, nothing happens.
In case I didn't see a report that was created, I tried to open an report, but it says there is no report to open. I tried to reinstall the software on my ipad several times, with no improvement. Is anyone else having a similar problem? |

Delete the templates from the the device and the cloud. Upload fresh from the desktop, download fresh to mobile.

I don't understand why it does not work. I tried that a couple of times, but for some reason, when I try to create a new report, nothing happens. I rebooted my cell phone and tried it again. Has this happened to anyone else who is using an iphone 5c ?

It's an iOS bug. The only fix we found is to delete the template from the cloud and from the mobile device and upload/download it fresh.
